Read the status alongside the amount. Expected and received are not the same information.

An Amount Needs Context

A number on a screen does not tell the whole story. It may represent an account balance, a received payment or an expected transfer. Before interpreting it, check the field label and the operation it refers to.

The account example on this website separates available balance from expected amounts. Its numbers are illustrative: they explain the difference and do not represent a real account or a payment promise.

A Submitted Record Is Still One Step

Submitting a delivery record through the app records information about a delivery. Payment tracking still depends on the stages and terms of that operation.

If the record is marked as submitted but the transfer is still expected, find out which confirmation is outstanding. Keep the trip reference so support can identify the right context.

Ask for Help Clearly

When contacting support, provide the operation reference, the status shown in the app and the question you need answered. A specific question, such as “the delivery record was received; which step is pending for this transfer?”, helps structure the conversation.

Use the support channel provided by FleetPay. Never share your password or an authentication code to clarify an incoming payment. Support should work from operational records without exposing access to your account.
