Only the FleetPay member linked to a validated referral may receive the benefit. Fueling at the referred station alone does not give other members cashback. It is not commission on third-party purchases, a pump-price discount or an interest reduction.

Will Every Purchase Have 45 Days?
No. The term is up to 45 days. The applicable due date will be presented per purchase, subject to assessment, limit and contracted terms.
How Will the Limit Be Determined?
Based on the carrier's eligible, available receivables, subject to assessment, approval and review. Advanced or committed receivables cannot generate a duplicate limit.
What Will Fuel Cost?
Contracted pricing will depend on the selected station and fuel. Review terms before authorizing a purchase. There is no nationwide lowest-price promise.
Where Will I Be Able to Fuel?
At accredited stations available for your operation. The network is in preparation; this page does not advertise coverage already available to contract.
How Will QR Authorization Work?
The planned journey includes checking the station, fuel and price, then authorizing the QR in the FleetPay app before fueling. This depends on product release; no purchase occurs on this page.
Who Receives the Invoice?
Documents must identify the purchaser. When the subcontractor makes the fuel purchase, the invoice is in their name. Organized documentation does not guarantee IBS/CBS tax credits.
Who Will Receive Cashback?
Only the eligible referring member, on their own eligible fuel purchases for six months, after meeting the rules. A member without an eligible referral receives zero cashback from this program. The offer remains inactive until rules are validated.
