Both sides of issuance authorization between carriers: concedidas (this company, as subcontractor, authorized these contracting carriers to request counter-CT-e issuance on its behalf) and recebidas (these subcontractors authorized this company). The contracting carrier checks here on whose behalf it may issue before sending subcontratada.cnpj in a batch.
