Beyond the Allowance
Basic and Advanced: 0.10% of each additional audited document’s value, with a minimum of R$0.49 and maximum of R$4.90 per document. Enterprise: negotiated terms. Upgrade from Network Overview for additional capacity.
CIOT on paid plans: R$1.39 to R$0.95 per issuance depending on volume; tiers defined in the proposal. Enterprise by agreement. A 90-day pilot with 1–3 carriers is available. IBS/CBS tax credit module: coming soon (2027).

CT-e, MDF-e and NFS-e count equally. Tiers use total monthly volume; charges begin only after the allowance. Each additional document is charged at the tier it falls into.

Example: Basic with 600 documents/month = R$299 + 300 × R$0.49 + 100 × R$0.39 = R$485. The first 200 are included. Advanced includes the first 1,000; its overage starts at R$0.39.
CIOT is separate from the tax document allowance: R$1.39 to R$0.95 per issuance on all three plans, based on volume and proposal tiers. Driver checks: R$9.90 each; Advanced includes 20/month. Accounting for larger carriers: separate proposal. Fair-use terms apply to Pix and boleto.

Overage with a Monthly Cap
Basic: R$0.79 per document after the 50 included. Advanced: R$0.49 after the 150 included. Document overage is capped at R$39/month on both plans. Tax document issuance requires a paid plan; documents are not sold outside a plan. Accounting and income tax services are provided by a partner accountant.
